Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Data Entry:
Accurately enter customer information into our software system, including details from paper files and updates to our existing database.
Outbound Calling:
Engage with our existing customer database to schedule maintenance visits, providing exceptional service and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Performance-Driven:
Meet and exceed call targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions and contributing to the success of our team.
Data Management:
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Communication:
Liaise with employees and customers to collect information, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Excellent Communication Skills:
