Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing top-notch support for our products and services
• Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
• Addressing questions related to orders placed by customers, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely information
• Following up with customers to ensure that they've received quality customer service and are satisfied with their experience
• Completing after-call information and data entry to the system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• To reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI (due to regulatory requirements)
• Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
