Key Responsibilities:
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Possess and execute the registration cycle, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring passengers have the correct travel documentation.
- Label and lift items from scales to transport lines, with some packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Work varying shifts, including early morning and late evening hours, depending on operational needs.
- Accompany unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
- Perform tasks based on operational requirements, with shifts ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
