Key Responsibilities:

As an E-Service Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

• Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via electronic communication, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, providing clear and concise information.
• Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
• Assume additional duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic communication tools.
• Availability to work on video calls as required during working hours.
