Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced entry-level customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring a positive experience for our clients

  • Help clients understand their insurance benefit options and answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers to discuss their benefit needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, staying informed about industry developments and regulatory changes
  • Support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs, providing guidance and recommendations as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

• No prior experience in insurance or customer service required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success

  • High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn, with a strong desire to grow and develop in your career

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or food service

  • Familiarity with insurance products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
