Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth
• Encouraging a culture that prioritizes delivering a top-tier customer experience, aligned with arenaflex's mission
• Developing a positive team culture by addressing individual and team concerns, promoting employee well-being, and fostering a sense of community
• Implementing adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures among team members
• Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
• Maintaining office and display area standards, ensuring team members comply with arenaflex's dress code and training requirements
• Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs and identifying opportunities to reduce expenses

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training abilities
• Dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer interactions
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships as a trusted partner
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
• Valid driver's license required
