About the Role
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of market research studies, including focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. You will be required to provide your honest feedback and opinions on various products and services, which will help shape the future of our clients' businesses. Responsibilities
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online and in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Providing honest and constructive feedback on various products and services
- Completing written surveys and questionnaires
- Using products and services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written survey provided for each panel
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
