Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, including our innovative waterproofing solutions and services.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support, staying up-to-date on our latest products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
Qualifications:

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

- Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems.
Experience:
0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company, demonstrating a willingness to develop new skills and take on new challenges.
