Job Highlights
* Competitive salary range: $19.05 - $25.78 per hour (AZ) or $20.01 - $27.07 per hour (NV), depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving complex customer inquiries and providing professional insurance guidance
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Advising and assisting customers with policy changes, coverage options, and other service requests
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, promoting our products and services
- Maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies and PCI compliance standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong computer, phone, typing, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Current Property and Casualty license required or ability to complete licensing within 90 days of employment
- Fluency in Spanish required for Spanish-speaking queue
