Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to customers, ensuring their home improvement projects are completed to the highest standard. This is a remote opportunity with initial on-site training in Lakeland, FL, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring their home improvement projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Navigate Multiple Computer Systems: Navigate multiple computer systems to assist customers with their home improvement projects, including online orders, delivery, and installation of appliances.
  • Coordinate Online Orders and Deliveries: Coordinate online orders, delivery, and installation of appliances, ensuring timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide Timely and Effective Solutions: Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, ensuring efficient and accurate communication with customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in multiple systems, including computer software and hardware.

  • Availability: Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week, to accommodate customer needs and ensure 24/7 support.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL, to ensure timely attendance and participation in training sessions.
