About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently. You will assist customers with orders, refunds, payments, and account-related questions, working in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day. You will also collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve team goals and objectives, participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist customers with orders, refunds, payments, and account-related questions
- Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day, navigating multiple systems and screens
- Collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

System Requirements
To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, we require the following system specifications:
- Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System (Windows 10), not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
Training and Onboarding
We're committed to providing our team members with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. Our 6-week paid training period includes:
- Full attendance and participation required
- Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
