Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses, staying updated on product and service knowledge to deliver accurate information.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, troubleshooting and resolving concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions for future reference, collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service, and familiarity with arenaflex products and services is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous, but not required.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, business) is a plus.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative).
  • Experience working with CRM software or other customer relationship management tools.
