Key Responsibilities

As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and prospective customers, providing timely and accurate information about our loan products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication related to our loan services
  • Providing accurate information to clients and prospective customers regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures
  • Assisting with loan applications, including guiding clients through the application process and explaining necessary documentation and next steps
  • Problem solving, including resolving client issues and concerns regarding loan accounts, payments, and transactions
  • Documenting client interactions, including accurately recording customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with loan officers and teams to provide seamless customer service and escalate complex issues
  • Maintaining product knowledge, including staying up-to-date with the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations
  • Adhering to compliance standards, including ensuring all client interactions and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in loan services, banking, or financial services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex loan terms and processes clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve them efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including managing and recording customer inquiries and interactions
  • A passion for delivering excellent service and helping clients achieve their financial goals
