Job Overview

This is a 16-week contract role to cover a paternity leave, providing an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact. As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with new clients ready for marketing and promoting EBPP to their customers
  • Conducting zoom training on online payment adoption best practices
  • Creating content that supports billers with online payment messaging to their customers
  • Driving client behavior to promote online billing and payment adoption by payers
  • Maintaining a knowledge of arenaflex services and articulating the value proposition and product advantages
  • Creating marketing material specifically for VIP billers upon request
  • Ensuring client marketing activities are entered in various systems, like Salesforce
  • Liaising with external vendors that house our marketing assets, QR codes, design vendors, and more

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external vendors that house our marketing assets, QR codes, design vendors, and more

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 years' experience in marketing/marketing communications (e-payments/SaaS a plus)
  • Knowledge of Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Practical experience communicating with customers
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the fintech industry

  • Knowledge of electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and software as a service (SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Compensation and Benefits

* Base salary is one component of total compensation

  • Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
  • The expected base compensation range for this job requisition is $80,000 – $85,000 USD
