Experienced Full Stack Sales Professional – Customer Growth Account Executive at arenaflex

As a key member of our Customer Growth Sales team, you'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

As a Customer Growth Account Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to close, with existing arenaflex POS customers. You'll work closely with our customers to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals, and you'll be held accountable for achieving these targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with existing arenaflex POS customers to expand their product offerings and drive business growth

  • Identify and develop leads in your territory through prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Own the entire sales process, including outbound prospecting calls, video meetings with clients, creating value propositions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including New Business Sales, Services, and Implementation, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and positioning

  • The ability to act as a consultant and help prospects think differently about their business
  • Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional sales environment
  • Ability to handle change and ambiguity, as you'll be floating to different territories and teams as needed
