Job Summary
As a Customer Support Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding inquiries and addressing customer pain points in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Delivering high-quality service in every customer interaction, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Conducting inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
- Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer pain points and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions
- Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
- Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- 18+ years of age to meet our company's age requirement
- Must pass a background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
