The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Swedish-speaking Customer Support & AI Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leveraging AI to automate and streamline support processes, and helping us scale our support operations to meet the growing demands of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle real customer needs: Respond to inbound support tickets, mainly via email, with growing volumes in chat and occasional phone calls. Most questions are about orders: deliveries, returns, and product help. You'll bring clarity, speed, and calm to every conversation.
- Make support better every day: Help spot patterns, build knowledge base, auto-generate answers, and work closely with the team to reduce ticket volume, speed up resolution, and raise customer satisfaction.
- Use AI as your default: Our support runs on a shared inbox across multiple channels with automations throughout. You'll use AI to generate replies, build workflows, and guide customers to real-time solutions—fast, personal, and scalable.

* Speak and write fluent Swedish and English: You communicate clearly, naturally, and respectfully in both languages.
