Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts
  • Understanding and applying arenaflex's solutions and technical capabilities to client needs and requirements
  • Collaborating with clients to proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimize usage, and drive adoption
  • Developing communication strategies for holding business value discussions at client executive levels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year college degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

* Strong understanding of cloud services and technical capabilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through partnership development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with arenaflex's services and solutions

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's technology roadmap and strategic initiatives
  • Certification in cloud services or related fields (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
