Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about arenaflex products, services, and policies, and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns and maintain a high level of product knowledge to support informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Prior customer service experience is an asset
