Job Summary

* Job Type: Full-Time

  • Salary: Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year
  • Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and providing accurate information about products and services. You will also be required to document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records, follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service, and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
