Competitive hourly rate of $24/h and comprehensive benefits package As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our passengers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your exceptional communication skills, passion for customer service, and ability to think on your feet will enable you to resolve issues, address inquiries, and enhance the overall travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding customer support to passengers through multiple channels

  • Assist passengers with booking, rebooking, and managing their reservations
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues related to flight schedules, baggage, and other travel-related concerns
  • Proactively anticipate and accommodate customer needs to enhance their travel experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our passengers
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
