Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be scheduled to work between 20-40 hours per week. Your duties will include:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting luggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft.
- Protecting freight, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.
- Repeatedly lifting and loading luggage onto trucks to ensure each bag reaches its destination.
- Working with luggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of luggage and freight.
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What You Need to Succeed
