Responsibilities:

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service
  • Following communication scripts, identifying customers' needs, and providing solutions and alternatives
  • Performing data entry, accessing company resources, and navigating online platforms efficiently
  • Maintaining punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
  • 1+ year of call center or office background experience
  • Technical savvy and ability to work independently
  • Previous remote work experience a plus
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and typing accuracy (35 wpm)
  • Ability to pass a background check, in accordance with state and federal laws

What We Offer:

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive starting pay: $14/hour, with shift differential and potential increase after 90 days
  • Paid training: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (MST)
  • Full-time, 40-hour schedule, with rotating weekends
  • Equipment provided for full-time, permanent employees

Technical Requirements:

To ensure success as a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater processor
  • 8GB memory on Windows 8.1/10 64 bits
  • 1280x768 or higher screen resolution, with dual monitors required
  • USB headset and up-to-date antivirus software
  • Verified internet service, secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed connection
