Job Overview
This full-time position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, starting at 2:30 PM. As a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, you will serve as a communication liaison, handling emails, sorting and processing paperwork, and maintaining daily reports using Word, Excel, and our company system, Crown. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, sending, and distributing emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and efficient data entry, scanning, and filing systems
- Verifying and completing required documentation and reports with attention to detail
- Reviewing drivers' paperwork and updating computer entries as needed
- Adhering to company safety policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess basic math skills and attention to detail
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have prior office experience in the transportation industry (preferred but not required)
- Be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
