The Role:

As a Polish Language Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized and engaging experiences to our customers through instant messaging. Your goal will be to provide top-notch support that meets our customers' needs, while also identifying areas for improvement in our sales processes and systems to drive greater effectiveness and efficiency. You'll be working in a virtual team environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to achieve our shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support through instant messaging, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a proficient speaker of the Polish language, with excellent communication skills in both conversational and creative writing. You should also be able to interact confidently in English. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and can thrive in a virtual team environment. You should be flexible, committed, and have a reliable internet connection and computer/laptop.

Essential Qualifications:
