- Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure alignment and scope
- Review recommended solutions to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities
#### Strategy and Planning (60%)
- Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes
- Cascade context to leadership and strategy to balanced teams using OKRs
- Lead cross-functional discovery and create holistic roadmaps with dependencies
#### Team and Stakeholder Management (30%)
- Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery
- Foster collaboration across teams and portfolios to drive value and resolve impediments
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and user experience
### Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience
