As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing expert knowledge about our company, products, and services.
- Identifying and sending potential leads to our New Sales Team, driving business growth and expansion.
- Assisting customers in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Directing customer tickets to the relevant departments, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborating with our New Sales team to resolve customer concerns, provide support, and drive sales.
- Guiding customers through the ordering process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Participating in comprehensive training and coaching sessions with our Digital New Sales Manager to enhance your skills and performance.
- Attending weekly staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings to stay informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
We're looking for talented individuals who possess:
- Exceptional typing skills (50+ words per minute)
- Proven multitasking abilities
- A professional attitude and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
We're also looking for individuals with:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of our products and services (training will be provided)
- Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
Skills and Competencies:
