Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Success Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, helping them with their inquiries, and ensuring they have a positive experience with arenaflex.

Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide detailed information about arenaflex products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Update customer records to ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Must reside in the state of Georgia

Educational Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Additional certifications in customer service or a related field are a plus

Experience:

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry

  • Experience working in a remote setting is advantageous, but not mandatory
