Program Details
We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a 14-week program. The program will run from January 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025, and will provide the successful candidate with the flexibility to choose their schedule. We're looking for candidates who can commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the option to work more hours during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through written and verbal communication. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch support to millions of customers filing their taxes
- Collaborating with our team to drive success and achieve our goals
- Working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to choose your schedule
- Communicating effectively with customers through written and verbal communication
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improving our services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school graduate
- Basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts (preferred)
- Experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle change
- Strong technical skills, including intermediate knowledge of operating systems and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical Requirements

- Windows 10 or 11
