Lead Analyst - Business Analysis
The Lead Business Analyst will conduct functional business analysis with technical expertise to support Medicaid programs. Partnering with development and systems teams, they analyze workflows, data, requirements, and impacts, ensuring consistent processes. Responsibilities include developing requirements, analyzing systems, recommending improvements, managing documentation, and leading stakeholder meetings. The role involves end-to-end requirements management, solution reviews, defect investigations, and supporting implementation activities. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, with Medicaid or health services background, and strong knowledge of workflows, requirements, and impact analysis. This fully remote position requires 25% travel. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $179,300.
