JobDescription Renewed Pathways Behavioral Health LLC provides evidence-based intensive in-home counseling to children, teens, adults and families. Our mission is to prevent out-of-home placements, strengthen family-systems, and empower lifelong change right where people live. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-home assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver individual & family therapy, facilitate skills training and crisis intervention. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.). Certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Child (QMHP-C) in VA. At least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in a mental health setting. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within service region.
