Group Fit is a personal training marketplace now available across the USA and Canada. We help certified personal trainers manage bookings, scheduling, payments, client messaging, and client discovery. Trainers can offer sessions in three ways: In-person at the client’s location At your own studio or training facility Virtually This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not an employment position. What You’ll Do As a Group Fit trainer, you will:

• Deliver 1-on-1 personal training sessions
• Offer in-home, studio, and/or virtual training
• Set your own availability, rates, service area, and specializations
• Accept and manage bookings through Group Fit
• Review each client’s PAR-Q health questionnaire before training
• Communicate with clients through the platform
• Keep your profile, certifications, and insurance up to date

Who We’re Looking For We are looking for professional, certified personal trainers who want more control over their schedule, pricing, and client bookings. You should have:

• A current personal training certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Personal trainer liability insurance
• Government-issued photo ID for identity verification
• A reliable smartphone
• Authorization to work as an independent contractor in the United States
• A professional attitude and strong communication skills

How Pay Works

• You set your own session rates
• Rates start at $50 per session
• You are paid per completed session
• There is no salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed minimum
• Group Fit retains a commission from each completed session
• Current commission details are shown in the Trainer Terms during onboarding
• Payouts are processed weekly by direct deposit

Important Contractor Details This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Trainers are not employees of Group Fit. You control:

• When you work
• Where you offer sessions
• Which bookings you accept
• What you charge
• How you deliver your training services

You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, certifications, equipment, and business expenses. Group Fit does not provide employee benefits, PTO, or employer-paid insurance.

Work Location Service-area based. Trainers may offer in-person sessions, studio sessions, virtual sessions, or a combination of these options. Pay: $20.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits:
