CAD Technical Drawings for Health Permit Application
Hi, This is a one time project. I would like this done as soon as possible and was hoping to get a quote for the work needed. I am looking for an experienced CAD drafter to produce technical drawings for a mobile food cart permit application being submitted to Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) in Vancouver, BC. The unit is a Daihatsu Hijet Kei truck with a custom-built kitchen in the truck bed. All drawings must comply with VCH and BCCDC Mobile Food Premises Guidelines (July 2024) standards. I require the following three drawings in CAD format: 1. TOP-DOWN FLOOR PLAN — scaled, fully dimensioned, all equipment labeled with item numbers, model numbers, and dimensions. Must include title block, legend, compliance notes, and scale indicator. 2. SIDE ELEVATION — DRIVER SIDE — exterior side view showing truck in travel/closed position and service/open position (canopy raised). Equipment positions visible, all key dimensions labeled. 3. SIDE ELEVATION — PASSENGER SIDE — same requirements as driver side. I will provide the following reference materials upon engagement: - Detailed hand-drawn layout sketch (PDF) - Excel floor plan with all equipment positioned, dimensioned, and labeled with model numbers and specifications - Complete numbered equipment list with all model numbers, dimensions, and certifications - Three completed schematics (plumbing, LP gas, electrical) for reference - VCH plumbing schematic example showing the expected drawing style - BCCDC Mobile Food Premises Guidelines July 2024 (PDF) Could you please provide: - Your estimated cost for the three drawings - Your estimated turnaround time - Whether VCH-requested revisions after submission are included in your quote - Confirmation that final files will be delivered in both PDF (print-ready) and editable CAD format (DWG or DXF) I have all reference materials ready to share immediately upon your response.
