Institutional Sales Crypto
• ## What you’ll do
- Lead Robinhood’s institutional business development strategy and execution across the UK, while driving growth across EMEA/MENA.
- Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with institutional clients — including asset managers, banks, and trading firms.
- Act as a key point of contact and relationship manager for top-tier clients post-onboarding, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
- Represent Robinhood at key industry events, conferences, and, where appropriate, with regulatory stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to optimize client experience and deliver region-specific strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategy and influence the product roadmap.
- Maintain up-to-date records on client engagement and pipeline activity using CRM and reporting tools.
- Travel as needed (approximately 5–10%) across regions to support client and market needs.
- ## What you bring
- Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships—particularly within asset management or banking sectors.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, digital asset markets, and financial infrastructure.
- A strong network of institutional contacts in the UK and/or broader EMEA region.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A flexible, self-starter mindset — comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale client portfolios while meeting ambitious performance goals.
