Job Description:
- Remote position at ClearDesk, LLC as Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Assistant
- Manage calendars, emails, CRMs, and team communication
- Support real estate transactions and prepare key documents
- Maintain accurate client data and track birthdays, home anniversaries, and milestones
- Create branded marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media) using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Write and send newsletters featuring listings, updates, and team news
- Collaborate with agents to keep marketing aligned with their brand and goals
- Keep websites and online listings up to date
Requirements:
- You have experience in real estate support, admin, or digital marketing
- You’re confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
- You’re comfortable with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe
- You communicate clearly and professionally
- You’re self-managed, tech-savvy, and thrive in a remote work environment
- You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and love juggling multiple tasks
- You have a strong sense of branding, visual design, and creative writing
