Principal, Talent Acquisition & Strategy
For our client, we are seeking a Principal, Talent Acquisition & Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Align talent acquisition strategies with organizational priorities and growth plans
- Anticipate talent shifts using data-driven insights
- Integrate various perspectives in make-or-buy hiring decisions
- Advise on organizational design and transformation as a thought partner to HR
- Enhance the hiring process and update executives regularly
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in Talent Acquisition or Workforce Strategy, including enterprise-level leadership experience
- Proven ability to utilize AI and data analytics in recruiting
- Strong consulting and communication skills for executive-level engagement
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to influence HR strategy
- Experience in remote or distributed organizational structures preferred
