Shopify Developer Needed: International Payment Gateway Setup + Xendit Fix (Bali-Based Store)
Overview
We are a Bali-based ecommerce store selling internationally. We have two urgent issues that are actively impacting revenue and need immediate resolution. Issue 1 — Xendit Gateway Reliability (Priority) Our Xendit payment gateway is only processing successfully approximately 50% of the time. We need someone to diagnose whether this is a configuration issue, an integration problem, or a limitation of Xendit for international transactions — and recommend the best path forward. Issue 2 — International Payment Strategy Xendit is primarily built for Southeast Asian markets. We need guidance and implementation support on the best payment gateway setup for a Bali-based store accepting payments from international customers (US, Europe, Australia, etc.). This may mean adding a second gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or similar) alongside or instead of Xendit. Issue 3 — Order Notification Emails Customers who complete a purchase via bank transfer (delayed payment) are receiving an error-style email stating there is a "problem with their order." We need the notification flow corrected so these customers receive a clear, reassuring confirmation instead. Ideal Candidate
