Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Reviewing and processing large volumes of medical evaluations with precision and attention to detail
- Accurately inputting data into our established database, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics
- Communicating effectively with internal team members to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to strict data protection protocols
- Interpreting and applying medical terminology, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilizing exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office Suite applications
- Excellent typing and data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is preferred, but not necessary
