Job Responsibilities

As a Remote arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
• Assist customers with booking, flight changes, and other travel-related inquiries

Requirements

* Reside in the state of Georgia

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
