Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Initiating contact with clients who have expressed interest in our benefit offerings, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Facilitating Zoom meetings to review and clarify available benefits, tailoring new benefit plans and modifying existing ones to meet each client's unique needs
  • Resolving client inquiries and issues related to their benefits, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and benefits
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is advantageous but not essential
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
