Job Summary
As a Virtual Email and Chat Support Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service through email and chat channels. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions to customers, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers to ensure a positive experience
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first response time, and issue resolution
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
