- Tracking cases to resolution and providing timely updates to customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
- Processing basic payments, refunds, or account changes, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications
