Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience for our passengers. This remote role offers a competitive salary of $26/hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, including resolving complaints and answering questions

  • Work in a team environment to achieve our company's goals and objectives
  • Handle customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage, and reservations
  • Resolve issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our services, including admission, schedules, and flight status
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the company
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting

Requirements

* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing techniques, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions
  • Ability to complete our Customer Service Specialist training program with a score of 80% or higher
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet the physical demands of the job

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline industry

  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
