As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Specialist, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our government and corporate clients. Job Summary:
As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
- Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicating with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints and advise on cancelled or delayed flights
- Staying up-to-date on new rules, policies, and procedures that affect customers and communicating them effectively
Requirements for Success:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
- Knowledge of Native SABRE and ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem resolution
- A high level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
- Satisfactory attendance required
