Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' patients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule healthcare appointments, ensuring accurate and efficient communication with clients and patients
- Utilize advanced technology to navigate and resolve complex issues, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and appointment scheduling targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 40 words per minute or more, with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
- Ability to sit for extended periods, with regular breaks and a commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance
- High-speed DSL or cable connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 MB and upload speed of 2 MB
- Dedicated home office space, free from distractions and with a lockable door
- Personal desktop computer running Windows 10 or higher, with 8 GB of RAM (Windows 11 requires a Core i3 processor or better; Windows 10 requires a Dual Core Processor 2.0 GHz or better)
- 19" flat panel monitor, with multiple displays recommended and preferred
- Webcam for training, compliance, and collaboration purposes
- Wired networking connection (wireless is not permitted)
- Approved USB headset for VOIP (Plantronics, Logitech, Jabra, Sennheiser, Surf Onn, Discover, and Microsoft LifeChat Series)
- Modern mobile phone (iOS or Android) for multifactor authentication purposes
