Responsibilities

* Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers

  • Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients
  • Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
  • Managing opportunities in Salesforce. Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options
  • Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries. Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans. Providing ongoing support to the business development field team

Qualifications

* BS degree, preferably in science (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science, etc.)

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a client services position
  • Have experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (a plus)
  • Have a customer service-oriented attitude
  • Have a commitment to quality
  • Have the ability to problem solve
  • Have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Are highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and attentive to detail
  • Have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Have the ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
  • Are computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
