Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through proactive outreach, research, and networking
  • Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving KPIs
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with sales tools, including email marketing platforms and sales automation software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
