Job Overview

arenaflex's Customer Service Teams are the face of our company, interacting with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders to provide top-notch support. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of pre-sales and post-sales service functions, including managing backlog orders, investigating customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy is built on developing strong business relationships, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Backlog Orders and Open Orders: Communicate late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

  • Investigate Credit and Debit Requests: Analyze customer queries and issue credit or debit as necessary, maintaining accurate records and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Answer Technical Queries: Utilize online technical references and offer alternatives using available resources to provide expert support to customers.
  • Drive Corrective Actions and Improvement Projects: Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to raise customer satisfaction levels, contributing to arenaflex's growth and success.

Education and Experience

4+ Years of Related Work Experience: We're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Base Salary: $46,800 - $70,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

  • Total Compensation: Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
