Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, product demonstrations, and needs assessments
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the industry

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and sales metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment

  • Certification in sales, marketing, or customer service (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Analytics)
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as email marketing software or sales intelligence platforms
