We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless service scheduling, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
Job Role:
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
* Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
* Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule:
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, excluding Wednesdays)
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* Proficiency in typing (~70 wpm)
* Ability to handle high call volumes with ease and composure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with precision
Remote Work Requirements:
* arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but you'll need to provide:
